Management system according to Decree No. 333/2011

This product is meant for all companies which import, export or transport metal, steel or aluminum scrap.

What does it mean?
This EU law determines detailed criteria when the metal, steel and aluminum scrap is turning to not being a waste (scrap). This area should provide evidence that the scrap treatment is following rules of safety and environmental law.

This EU law provides a special possibility how to move the scrap out off the Waste Law. But, this is limited with other detailed rules of this Decree which must be followed:

to fulfill of criteria which are noticed in annex I and II of this Decree

to implement quality management system focused on the scrap treatment

to let evaluate this quality management system by credited certification body according to ISO 9001 and this Decree

to make out the Certificate of Conformity in accordance with Annex III of this Decree
